Karen Randle was graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications concentrating on Radio and Television Journalism and Production.  She is Garden State Fellow and a proud recipient of a Marinus Galanti Scholarship which enabled her to attend Wroxton College for advanced scholars, in Banbury, England where she studied British Government and Politics.  Karen has been affiliated with nonprofits agencies since 1977 when she founded the Silk City Athletic Club, and has maintained leadership in several social organizations since 1984. Her many years of management experience include: Marketing Manager of Exceed Communications International, Program Director of The Facts of Life Group Home, Assistant to the Vice-President of the New York Daily News, Employment Developer for the Greater Phoenix Urban League and Culture Editor of The Uncommonsense News.  

Karen has consulted to several non-profit organizations and civic/social organizations including the West Jacksonville Restoration Fund, The Arizona Historical Society Museum, NAACP of Greater Phoenix, Project SKIP to a Great Start, Pipes of Pan Incorporated.  She is also the recipient of a grant from the Yellow Fox Organization which furthered her solo project, LoveSisterSoul Touring Theatre.  Karen Randle is also the President of LOVE Theatre Group where she has created and directed ColorBlind  (For People Who Have Decided That Your Color Doesn’t Matter) a multi-cultural theatrical cooperative.
